1. Sri S.Ghosal a graduate in Civil Engineering, over 40 years experience in various fields in Civil Engineering is the founder Managing Director of the company. After graduation in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, he joined Hindustan Cables Ltd., a Central Govt. Undertaking, as design engineer and was associated with design and construction of factory, buildings and township. He joined General Reserve Engineering Force through UPSC in 1967 and worked in Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Manipur for a period of 5 years. Since, 1972 he is associated with his group of engineering companies.

2. Prof. P. Shom, Head of the Technical Wing since 1989, graduate in Civil Engineering with the Master’s Degree in structural engineering from London University having 51 years experience in Structural Consultant Firm in U. K. and as former Professor, Structural Engineering, Head, Civil Engineering and Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology, Jadavpur University, Calcutta. He is the Chief Technical Director of the Company.

3. Prof. K. K. Pal Chowdhury, B.Arch (CA/81/6134), MCP, Ex-Head of the Department of Architectural and Town Planning, B. E. College, Shibpur and ex-planner of CMPO with 41 years experience, was in the Advisory Board for the preparation of comprehensive development plan of a) Digha, b) Kalyani and c) Sriniketan-Santiniketan. He, as Architectural Advisor & one of the Directors of the Company, is associated with the architectural and planning of the projects since 1992.

1. Prof. Monideep Chatterjee, B. Arch.(Cal) (CA/91/14020), Master of Science (MS) in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Wisconsin Madison, USA, and ICCROM (Rome), with 40 years experience was Professor of Jadavpur University from 1980 to 1997. He is fellow member of Indian Institute of Town Planners, India; International Society of City and Regional Planners, Netherlands; life member of Asiatic Society; member of Patick Geddes Centre for Plng. Studies outlook Tower, Castle hill, Edinburgh; nominated member of All India Board & Town and Country Plng. Education; Architectural Advisor, Metro Railway; former member of Dev.Plan Committee of CMDA, West Bengal Municipal Act. Rev. Committee; and Task Force for Perspective Plan of Calcutta. He is presently working as Senior Advisor on Urban Planning & as Senior Architect for the past 10 years. He is actively associated for the various types of projects undertaken by ACPL..He is the Senior Architect of the Company.

2. Sri Biswajit Mondal, (CA/84/8490), B.ARCH, is a Senior Architect with 20 years experience and is responsible for finalising and preparation of architectural drawing and scheme.

3. Sri Satyajit De Sarkar, (CA/85/9021), B.ARCH,MTRP, AITP is a senior Architect with 19 years experience responsible for preparation of the town planning projects.

4. Sri Vineet Gupta, (CA/97/22023), B.ARCH, with 7 years experience and certificate course in Auto-Cad, executes the architectural portion.

2. Mr. R. Giri – B. E. , N.E. (Public Health) with 39 years experience in the field of Public Health Engineering including Central sewerage treatment and disposal schemes, involving modern technologies etc.

1. Sri D.N.Ghose, B. E., a graduate Engineer with 31 years experience, is one of the Technical Directors of the Company. He looks after the electrical section of the Company.

2. Sri C.Goswami, Electrical Engineer with 15 years of varied experience in the field of electrical engineering and is responsible for design as well as Construction Management for all types of electrical engineering works.

3. Sri Debashis Bhattacharya, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 6 years experience executes the drawings and works of the electrical sections. He had also taken a course in Network Engineering.
