A turnkey project under Dept. of youth Affairs & Sports, Govt.of Sikkim.
Upgradation of a football ground to international level with conc. Gallery of 20000 seating capacity (Western Gallery with caisson foundation) and a gymnasium in paljor Stadium on a land of 8 acres in Gangtok.
The stadium also includes sports medicine center, Press corner, Players’ Dormitory, Canteen, Conference Hall, Conditioning Room for martial Arts, Yoga etc. and other infrastructural facilities
